  1. What is the Affiliate Program?
    When you become an Affiliate member, you offer Centranet's Createastore service to your clients. When the referred client builds a store, you earn a share of the revenue collected for up to two years.

  2. How much does it cost to join the Affiliate Program?
    It's free to join the Createastore Affiliate Program. Centranet handles the orders, billing and other activites to support the merchant. All you have to do is add a link to from your Web site, and any other marketing efforts you choose to make Remember, the more you promote the Createastore service, the, the more you can earn.

  3. How does the Affiliate Program work?
    After you have completed the on-line registration and read & agreed to the agreement, we e-mail you our registration kit which includes a special site link, banner/buttons which include your promotional code and other instructions. All you have to do is add the web-link. When referred clients are linked from your web-site to the special web-link, your promotional code is automatically tracked. As well, clients who learn about Createastore from your print ads, direct mailings, in-store ads or other marketing activities and who enter your promotional code will be tracked as well. Each quarter, you will received a report detailing the number of merchants who created their on-line store and a cheque for your portion of the revenue.

  4. Who can join?
    Any individual or business who can refer 8 or more clients is invited to participate in the Affiliate program. The revenue sharing begins when the eighth merchant creates their store and signs up and pays for their service.

  5. How much revenue do I received as an Affiliate?
    The revenue you received is based on the number of paying stores referred through your marketing and promotion efforts. The amount we remit each quarter is calculated according to the number of paying merchants at the end of the quarter.

  6. What do visitors to your site see when they link from you site?
    When visitors from your site link from your site, they will be brought to a welcome screen that describes the Createastore service and the benefits of having an online store.

  7. How do I keep track of how many clients sign up from my site?
    We send you a detailed report showing the number of stores referred, the revenue generated, and the percentage you earned.

  8. Where should I add the Createastore link on my site? Should I mention it on my page and what should I say?
    We suggest you add the link to your homepage, business services page, software page, etc. You can add the link to as many places as you want. After you have signed up, we will provide you with recommended text for promoting the program on your site. For instance for legal and other reasons, we suggest using the terminology "in association with Centranet" rather than indicating that you are a part of Centranet or work for Centranet.

  9. Should I promote the Createastore service in my print advertising, in-store advertising or other marketing efforts? Will I get the referral revenue?
    The more you promote Createastore the more referral revenue you will earn. However, the client needs to enter your promotional code when they create their store so ensure that your materials include the promotional code.

  10. Can I cancel my membership in the Affiliate Program?
    You can cancel your membership at any time. Just removing any Createastore links from your Web site and sending us a written cancellation notice by e-mail to affiliate@centranet.com.
