When you become an Affiliate member, you refer interested clients to your customized Affiliate Auction pages at Centranet Auction Network. For up to two years from the date of the referred client's original registration to sell at the Affiliate Auction, you earn a share of the revenue collected for each item he/she sells. How much does it cost to join the Affiliate Program? It's free to join the Centranet Auction Network. Centranet handles the listing of items, the bidding for items, billing and other activities to support the auction participants. All you have to do is upload your logo (and other images if you wish) to a customized Affiliate Auction site, add a link from your Web site, and any other marketing efforts you choose to make. Remember, the more you promote the Affilate Auction service, the more you can earn. How does the Affiliate Program work? After you have completed the on-line registration and read & agreed to the terms, we e-mail you our registration kit which includes your affiliate code, a special URL site link to the Affilate Auction pages where you can customize and upload your images, and other instructions. All you have to do is upload your logo (and any other images you want) and add the web-link to your site. When referred clients are linked from your web-site to your customized Affiliate Auction pages they will see your logos and other customized graphics as well as images indicating that you are an Affiliate member in the Centranet Auction Network. For each quarter where you are entitled to receive a cheque for your portion of the revenue, you will receive a report detailing the number of sellers who successfully sold items and the fees collected through your Affiliate Auction. Who can join? Any individual or business who can refer 8 or more clients is invited to participate in the Affiliate program. How much revenue do I receive as an Affiliate? The amount you receive is based on the number of successful sellers referred through your marketing and promotion efforts. The amount we remit each quarter is calculated according to the number of paying clients at the end of the quarter. Your referral commission begins when the eighth seller successfully sells and pays the fee to us. For up to two years after a referred clients original date of registration to sell items at the Affiliate Auction, we send you a referral commission of 30% of the revenues collected each time he/she successfully sells an item and pays our fees. What do visitors to your site see when they link from you site? When visitors from your site link from your site, they will be brought to your customized Affiliate Auction pages containing the logo and images you uploaded. How do I keep track of how many clients sign up from my site? We send you a report showing the number of successful sellers created through your referrals and the percentage you earned. Where should I add the Affiliate Auction link on my site? Should I mention it on my page and what should I say? We suggest you add the link to your homepage, business services page, classifieds page, etc. You can add the link to as many places as you want. After you have signed up, we will provide you with recommended text for promoting the program on your site. For instance for legal and other reasons, we suggest using the terminology "in association with Centranet Auction Network" rather than indicating that you are a part of Centranet or work for Centranet. Should I promote the Affiliate Auction service in my print advertising, in-store advertising or other marketing efforts? Will I get the referral revenue? The more you promote your Affiliate Auction the more referral revenue you will earn. Whether the clients learn about your Affiliate Auction from your print ads, direct mailings, in-store ads or other marketing activities they will be attributed to you provided they use your Affiliate Auction pages to list their items. Can I cancel my membership in the Affiliate Program? You can cancel your membership at any time.
